Our Membership is limited at 192 by the constitution. At present, the number of member is 171. Among them, 30 are also members of the Bullion Group. All of our members are registered in Hong Kong. They can register as sole proprietor, partnership or limited company.
Newcomers can get a transfer from an existing member. Applications have to be made to the Executive and Supervisory Committees. The applicant's qualification will be examined and the admission will then be put to vote by the Committees. See Member Application.

We have recently noticed a number of companies faking our Members.
In order to protect his interest, an investor intending to enter into any transactions with our Member should first carefully check and verify whether the company or firm with whom he is dealing with is our Member by checking and verifying its details, including its name, company number (if the company is a limited company) and business registration number.
Investors should pay special attention to "name". For example, a company named "ABC Gold and Silver Limited" is not the same company as "ABC Gold Limited".
